At St Barnabas and St Paul's we have a fantastic team of responsible Year 6 pupils who form our Junior Leadership Team. The aim of the JLT is to work with Senior Leaders of the school to make our school a better place.

Our Junior Leaders apply for a position at the end of Year 5 and are then shortlisted and interviewed by a Senior Leader and the Y6 teachers. 

A big part of their role is playing an active part in school life. This may include:

- Being on duty in the hall at lunchtime

- Meeting and greeting visitors

- Speaking at school events

- Handing our Dojos

- Helping out at school events such as Open Day, Fayres etc.
